We’ve been proudly servicing the Nashville foodservice industry since 1990, keeping commercial kitchens running and customers happy. Now, we need a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to keep us running!
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
Talking... a lot! - Manage incoming calls and emails like a pro.
Problem-solving like Sherlock Holmes! - Identify customer needs and turn "help!" into "thank you!"
Crunching numbers (but in a fun way)! - Generate repair estimates based on technician input.
Organizing chaos! - Input and update customer info, screen calls, and take messages like a ninja.
Playing Tetris with schedules! - Dispatch and schedule technicians, keeping the day running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
Dotting I’s & Crossing T’s! - Close out service tickets and verify/invoice daily work orders for accuracy.
What We’re Looking For (Besides a Sense of Humor)
A people-person with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle surprises (like a technician suddenly needing a time machine).
Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and basic data entry.
Cool under pressure (we work with foodservice, but you shouldn’t be fried).
Someone who won’t run away when the phones start ringing like a fire alarm.
