Your Role:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will represent Brightspeed Fiber Internet in residential communities across North Carolina. Your mission: help households access the fastest, most reliable fiber service while earning top-tier commissions for your performance.
Responsibilities:
- Knock doors daily to generate leads and close new installs.
- Deliver professional in-home sales presentations.
- Pre-qualify neighborhoods and manage pipeline using Spotio/BASS.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Represent CTR Factor and Brightspeed with professionalism and integrity.
Position Details:
- Independent Contractor (1099) – commission-only.
- Top reps earn $2,000–$5,000+ per week depending on performance.
- Leadership overrides and growth track to Local Territory Lead (LTL) available.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum 6+ months of direct door-to-door sales experience (fiber/internet, solar, alarms, pest, roofing, or similar).
- Preferred: 1+ year of telecom or utility sales.
- Proven track record of closing at the door and hitting performance goals.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient in the field.
- Tech-capable: able to use Spotio, BASS, and smartphone apps.
- Must pass a background check and comply with Brightspeed standards.
