At IMM Latino Factor, we are growing and looking for a DSD Junior to support the daily operations of our Route Sales Representatives (DSD), Merchandisers, and Delivery Drivers.
This position is a gateway into the DSD business, ideal for responsible individuals who want to learn, gain real field experience, and grow into a permanent (full) position within the company.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- Start time: 5:30 a.m.
- End time: until the last customer of the day is serviced, depending on the position being covered
Schedule may vary based on route assignment and daily workload.
Responsibilities
- Cover temporary routes for DSD, merchandising, or delivery
- Deliver products and provide customer service
- Support sales activities, collections, and inventory management
- Load and unload product
- Follow company processes and standards
- Represent IMM Latino Factor professionally with customers
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving vans and trucks up to 26 feet (no CDL required)
- Clean background check
- Basic experience in sales, delivery, or merchandising
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality
- Schedule flexibility
Growth Opportunity
When a position becomes available, the DSD Junior may apply and be promoted to a permanent role, based on performance and operational needs, in any of the following positions:
- DSD / Route Sales Representative
- Merchandiser
- Delivery Driver
