What You’ll Do
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll represent CTR Factor and Frontier Fiber Internet in residential neighborhoods, helping customers access fast, reliable, and affordable internet.
Responsibilities include:
- Canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads and build a sales pipeline
- Educating homeowners on Frontier’s 100% fiber optic internet
- Conducting in-home consultations and presenting service options
- Closing sales and exceeding performance goals
- Accurately documenting customer interactions
- Representing the brand with professionalism, integrity, and energy
Position Details
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Commission-only
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Door-to-door (D2D) residential sales
Compensation
- Uncapped commission – paid per sale
- Top performers earn $1,000–$5,000+ per week

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system
- Previous door-to-door or commission-based sales experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with military culture or underserved communities is a plus
- Must pass a background check and meet Frontier professional standards
