Bilingual Sanitation Account Manager (In Training)
2nd and 3rd shift primary focus| Salary + Commission
We are a rapidly growing sanitation and food safety solutions company seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to support multiple FDA, Ready-to-Eat produce facilities. This is a hands-on role with a clear growth path into Account Management.
Schedule:3–4 night shifts per week
Responsibilities:
- Verify SSOPs and sanitation compliance
- Support sanitation training and procedures
- Support chemical and equipment standards
- Conduct facility inspections and reports
- Communicate with facility leadership
- Track data using Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- Minimum of 5 years in Sanitation or Quality Assurance in food processing facilities
- Preventive Controls Certificate of Completion
- Overnight availability
- Sanitation, food production,
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Clean driving record
