Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Portland, OR 97203

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our small but efficient team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, picking/packing, and loading/unloading. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and put away incoming goods and products.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Perform inventory tasks, including cycle counts and replenishment.

• Break down cardboard boxes and maintain a clean work environment.

• Enter data into a computerized system for tracking inventory.

• Follow safety guidelines, including wearing steel-toe shoes and adhering to dress code requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience is a plus but not required.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
