Freshly Done Co. is a modern cleaning service in Los Angeles hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our launch team!We’re building a roster of go-to cleaners for upcoming residential cleaning jobs. Work is assigned based on your availability and experience.
Position Details:
- Pay: $19–$24/hr (based on experience)- Schedule: Flexible – part-time as jobs are assigned- Location: Jobs across Los Angeles (local jobs grouped when possible)- Employment Type: W-2 employee- Paid bi-weekly through Gusto
Job Duties:
- Standard and deep home cleanings- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen detail- Taking before & after photos of each job- Representing Freshly Done Co. with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience (1+ year preferred)- Reliable transportation to job sites- Strong attention to detail- Respectful, dependable, and punctual- Able to pass a background check
