We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picking and Packing Associate to join our warehouse team. Duties
- Select items from inventory based on order specifications with precision
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
- Label packages correctly for shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized workstations to streamline the picking and packing process
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment such as carts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus but training will be provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
