To strengthen our team, we are seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Automotive sector in Romania. You will work from your home office and regularly visit our customers in the field. Ideally, your place of residence is centrally located within the sales territory (Timișoara, Arad, Sibiu, Brașov). Your responsibilities:Serve as the local contact for all technical and commercial matters for new and existing customers in the regionSupport ongoing series deliveries and acquire new businessCompleted university degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable fieldAt least 3 years of experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the automotive sectorStrong technical understanding and a feel for technically feasible solutionsEnjoyment of active market development and customer interactionStrong communication skills, innovative and creative thinking, ability to work independently, team spirit, motivation, resilience, and perseveranceWillingness to travel internationally, excellent English skills (spoken and written), German language skills are a plus
