About the Role:

As a Emergency Response Specialist, you'll handle non-emergency and emergency calls related to travel-based medical situations. From arranging prescription assistance to organizing medical evacuations or referrals, you'll be the first point of contact—providing calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable support to those in need.

What You’ll Do:

Take incoming calls for both non-emergent and emergent travel-related situations
Gather and input case information accurately into the system
Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate calls as needed
Assist with repatriations, evacuations, and international medical support
Coordinate logistics and provide peace of mind to callers around the globe

What You Need to Bring:

2+ years of customer service or assistance experience (preferably medical or emergency-based)
Background in EMT, RN, Paramedic, LPN, medical triage, or similar is a plus
Associate degree required, Bachelor’s required
Familiarity with medical records, terminology, or case management a huge plus
