We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picking and Packing Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time. Duties

Select items from inventory based on order specifications with precision
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
Label packages correctly for shipment accuracy
Maintain organized workstations to streamline the picking and packing process
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Operate warehouse equipment such as carts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards
Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus but training will be provided
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
